The carnival is coming up, and it's going to be HUGE. During this season, a lot of the associations from Luxembourg organise various events full of music, food and drinks, to celebrate carnival.

During the feast of Saint Nicholas, children traditionally receive gingerbread, chocolate, tangerines or cakes. St. Nicholas is accompanied by Father Whipper. He gives whiplashes to children who have not been behaving.
