Product

How do I know if the item I have selected is in stock? If it is not in stock, you will not be able to add the item to your basket. If the item is not available or if there are not enough of them, please contact us via our form indicating the product(s) you need.

Will I find the same products in the online shop as in the shops? You can find the same items in the shop or on our website. In any case, we advise you to contact us directly via our contact form for any product specification (colours, sizes, quantity...).

Can I buy an exclusive item online and collect it from my nearest Partyshop? You can simply request pick-up at your local shop (Hollerich or Junglinster) during the order process. Another available option is to pick it up at our warehouse in Walferdange.

I can't find the item I'm looking for. Contact us via the form with the product you need or the features you have. We will be happy to help you.

I have bought balloons, will they arrive inflated? When you buy balloons, you have the option of buying them uninflated or inflated. If you want them inflated, select this option and the additional cost will be indicated on the product sheet.

 

Shipping

When will I receive my order? This depends on the type of delivery you have chosen. If you choose to collect it from the shop or warehouse, it will be available within 48 hours. If you prefer to collect it at a later time, you must indicate this in the purchase process in the message or contact us later via the purchase form. If you choose to have your purchase delivered to your home, it will be sent within 48 hours so that it arrives as quickly as possible. For deliveries in Luxembourg, the delivery time is 2 to 4 days. For shipments within Europe, the delivery time is 2 to 6 days. Please note that we are not responsible for outside conditions that may affect this time.

Can I pick up my order at a PartyShop? Yes, we currently offer an in-store pick-up option. During the checkout process, you must select "pick up in Hollerich" or "pick up in Junglinster". Another option available and free of charge is "pick up in Walferdange".

How much does delivery cost? This depends on the type of delivery you have ordered. If you choose to pick it up in shop or at the warehouse, there is no charge. If you choose to have the product delivered to your home (delivery in Luxembourg), the cost will be between 4.7€ and 12.8€, depending on the weight of the purchase. If you choose to have the product delivered to your home (delivery outside Luxembourg), the cost will be between 8.97€ and 17.09€, depending on the weight of the purchase.

Do you ship abroad? Currently, we only ship within Europe.

 

Order

Do I have to register to buy? Yes, registration is required to purchase online.

How do I return an item from my order? Please contact us and explain the reason for your return and we will proceed with the return subject to our terms and conditions.

Can I change an order? If you wish to change any information about your purchase or your customer profile, please contact us via the contact form.

 

Payment

Is it safe to make a purchase from the online shop? Yes, we currently offer three secure payment options: credit card, PayPal and Satispay.

How can I pay for my purchases in the online shop? Select the products you want. They will go directly to the shopping cart and a message will appear telling you whether you want to go to the cart and pay or continue shopping. If you click on go to basket, you can proceed to checkout. Then you just have to follow the steps of the payment procedure.

How can I contact you? We have set up a contact form with different subjects. You can also write to us directly at marketing@boucherat.lu.

Is customer service available 24 hours a day? We are available from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. However, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will answer you as soon as possible.

I have a suggestion or complaint, who should I contact? Your opinion is important to us, which is why we have set up a suggestion or complaint box in the contact form.

I have a promotional code, can I use it? When you shop online, you will see a section in your shopping cart where you will be asked if you have a promotional code. Click on it to enter your promotional code. It will automatically apply the discount, either to certain products or to the whole basket, depending on its characteristics and conditions. If you have a problem with the application, please contact us.
