The maximum weight per shipment is 20 kg. Above that, contact us for a quotation: some bulky items — structures, furniture, sets — cannot be shipped and are handed over in store or delivered by our own team.
Lead times
Orders are prepared within two working days. Carrier transit time is added to this, usually one to two working days in Luxembourg and neighbouring countries, and three to seven working days for the rest of the European Union.
In-store collection is often available from the next day: you are notified by e-mail as soon as your order is ready.
During peak periods — Halloween, Saint Nicholas, Christmas, Carnival — preparation times may be longer. A notice is then displayed on the website.
In-store collection
Collection is free and has no minimum order value. Your order is held for fourteen days, after which it is returned to the shelves and refunded.
Proof of identity may be requested. If someone else collects the order on your behalf, give them your order confirmation.
Receiving your parcel
Check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the driver. In the event of damage or a missing item, write precise reservations on the delivery note and inform us within three working days.
